Reach Angels provides compassionate in-home care services through Georgia’s Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP). This Medicaid waiver helps adults with physical disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or spinal cord injuries receive the support they need to live safely and independently in their own homes instead of in a hospital or nursing facility.
Our caregivers support clients with dignity, respect, and reliability while helping them maintain independence and quality of life at home.
ICWP is a Georgia Medicaid waiver program designed for adults who meet a hospital or nursing facility level of care but want to remain in the community rather than move into an institutional setting.
The program provides personal support services, respite care, and case management to help participants manage daily life, stay connected to their community, and avoid unnecessary hospitalization or facility placement.
